Justin Watts dunks on East Chapel Hill

Congratulations to former Durham Jordan Falcon Justin Watts

Justin Watts is a member of the UNC-Chapel Hill men's basketball team that defeated Michigan State University 89-72 on Monday.  Watts is now part of an exclusive fraternity of players to play on a team that won a NCAA National Championship.  In Monday's game, the Freshman guard scored two points and pulled down one rebound in a minute of action.

Watts is the first player covered by Trianglehoops.net to play in the NCAA Final Four and win a National Championship.  Last season as a Senior for Durham Jordan, Watts averaged more than 24 points and 8 rebounds a game.  His accolades included Pac-6 All-Conference, Pac-6 Player of The Year, and Trianglehoops.net All Area First Team.

Next season Watts will compete for playing time on the wing for the Tarheels as they look to do something they have never done, repeat as National Champions.  However, a trip to the White House is in his immediate future.
